Some original games do not work when a certain application has been installed, like DAEMON Tools. Because of the simple Create-a-Car format in NASCAR Thunder 2004, it is very difficult to perfectly replicate a car.

When using Fixed Files make sure to use a Firewall which controls outgoing traffic, as some games call back to report the use of these modified files! So, overall, NASCAR Thunder 2004 is a nicely done sim, but worth playing because it knows when to dial down on realism to make it so you can actually enjoy the game.

When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game!
